Kids demand love, understanding and support from parents.

  • Listening: always pay attention to your kids when they are talking to you or saying something.
  • Encouragement/ Expressions: give your kids space create safe space for them to express their emotions, if its by talking, writing or drawing let them express themselves

Eating Habits


Heathy food is the right of every child. On parents’ part it is our responsibility to provide them healthy mand nutritious meal. It is very crucial for overall health and development of your child.

  • Leading from the front: First of all, show good eating habits by yourself to inspire your child. Because your child learns from your actions too.
  • Offer variety of healthy meals: Provide range of fruits, vegetables and whole grains to ensure a balance diet for them
  • Involve kids in Meal Prep: let your kids help you in cooking. Show them how heathy meals are made and why this meal is considered healthy
  1. Regular Physical Activity


Children love to play, encourage physical activities on regular basis. Physical activities are essential form their growth and personality development. Children learn team work, co-ordination, sharing and companionship while playing as team.

Healthy Sleep Habits


Sleep plays an important role in human life cycle ensure health and fitness. Children must sleep early and must have at least 8-10 hours of sleep every day. Make your child read a book before going to sleep. Deep sleep makes your mood ant set the tone of the day. You kid wake up smiling.

  • Make a routine: set a time for bed and wake up time in order to regulate their routines. This will set their internal clock and they will wake smiling every morning.
  • Limit their screen time: kids should not be allowed to have their tablets or cell phone in bed,
  • Create Cozy environment: their place of sleep must be calm and quiet. A comfortable bed will allow them have a better sleep. Arrange their place accordingly. Make sure their rooms are decorated with their favorite cartoon characters or sports celebrities.

Socializing:


Encourage participation is social events. It is important for relationships, connections and emotional intelligence. It will add to their confidence understanding for friendships. Socializing with good people grooms and enhance the personality of a child.

  • Encourage group activities: team sports event, clubs and community events are the best examples. Always encourage your child to participate in such events.

  • Appreciations and rewards: children adherence to rules must be appreciated and rewarded. It will encourage them to do better.

Family Bonding



Strong Parents creates strong family bonding. This bonding creates sense of security of a child. And children stay happy and feel secure with family members. It will allow children to speak freely with parents whenever they feel scared and threatened. Children will not hesitate to speak when they know that they will be heard and parents will listen and understand them.
