Hair care is essential if you want to keep your hair healthy. Some very important and very basic techniques are described here.
Firstly it’s important to brush your hair regularly before sleeping at night.
Secondly a mild shampoo is good for hair because a strong shampoo can kill your hair follicle as they contain harsh chemicals. Very little shampoo should be used. After shampooing, using conditioner is must. A conditioner helps to make hair manageable and it also helps to soften hair.
Thirdly avoid using blow-dryer as it takes away the moisture from hair. Excessive use of blow dryer also makes hair rough and difficult to comb.
Furthermore, calcium is very important for hair. Two glasses of milk a day are enough for the healthy growth of hair. If milk is difficult to use, calcium supplements could also be used.
Moreover, split ends are common in hair so it is advised to trim hair once every week. There is no need for a full hair cut once every week. Only trimming would do well.
Additionally, when the hair is wet, we should avoid brushing them. Brushing wet hair results in breaking and falling of hair. Finger drying or using a wide toothed comb is preferable.
